The « Centre Culturel ARTEMÉUM », inaugurated in 2019, occupies the magnificent salon of the former Savings Bank of Langres, next to Saint-Mammès cathedral.
The building, designed by the French architect Charles Danne (1866-1947), replaces an ancient canons' house, occupied in the 16th century by Thoinot Arbeau (Jehan Tabourot), himself a canon, composer and writer. He was the author of the
Orchésographie, an important treatise
on court dance, published in 1589.

Arteméum aims at developing a variety of cultural activities, among which:
- Exhibitions of pieces from the Micháns Collections.
- Exhibitions by invited artists.
- Chamber music concerts.
- Collaborations with other cultural institutions.
